How no-cost-until-paid collections work
This arrangement is sometimes called contingency-style collection, meaning the collection agency's compensation depends on a payment actually coming in. In our case, you owe nothing while an account is being worked and nothing until a payment is received from the debtor.

For a business watching its cash flow, that difference is significant. You are not committing funds to a collection effort that may or may not produce a payment.
A collection agency with no upfront fee
Because there is no charge to place an account, you can turn over past-due balances without adding to your costs. You are not paying to find out whether an account can be resolved.

What you receive each month
You receive a monthly remittance statement. It gives you a written summary that you can use to follow what has come in and keep your own records current.
Because we also confirm accounts back to you in writing when they are placed, you have a record from the start and a report every month after that.

What we cannot promise
Not every account can be collected, and we cannot guarantee a result on any account. What we can offer is prompt work, clear written records and an arrangement where you pay nothing until a payment is received.
