We are a Wellsboro, Pennsylvania office serving lenders, attorneys, realtors and local businesses. Our work covers title searches, property searches, mortgage closings, collection services, credit reporting and weekly public record bulletins for Tioga, Bradford and Sullivan Counties.
We are a member of the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), and we take requests around the clock by fax, so your order is in the queue the moment it is sent.

How we work
Orders come in by phone, by email and on a fax line that is open 24 hours a day. Searches are returned to your office, and if something turns up in the records we tell you immediately. The office at 11 Cherry St. is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., directly behind Trinity Lutheran Church on Rte. 660.
